This series of LEDs can handle higher drive currents and thus increase luminous intensity. The new VLM.334... series of LEDs have been greatly improved on Vishay's VLM.31... series, and can be used with larger chips to withstand 70mA of drive current.
VLM.334...LED is AEC-Q101 certified and available in red, red, orange and yellow for a wide variety of applications including traffic lights and indicator lights, indoor and outdoor lighting, automotive dashboard lighting, and audio and video equipment.
