The LED module produced by American lighting LED module manufacturer Xic ato is one of the first to be rated as one of the top 10 lighting products of BuildingGreen. Xicato's LED modules were named one of Building Green's top 10 lighting products by the editor of Environmental Building News and GreenSpec®. This ninth annual award judged the most innovative and best green building products of the year. Xicato's award is the first lighting product to have won this award since 2007; according to Alex Wilson, founder and executive editor of BuildingGreen, the product's efficiency and light quality give it a distinct advantage; Wilson described xicato as "one of the most promising companies in the emerging LED lighting industry." Xicato developed a solid-state lighting model using the “corrected cold phosphor technologyâ€. By using this technology, Xicato's LED modules do not require "LED screening" because the "corrected cold phosphor technology" can keep the phosphor performance of the module stable. Xicato's LED module portfolio includes XSM partial modules designed for accent applications and XLM linear modules designed for wall-mounted and downlight applications. Lighting intensity ranges from 400 lumens to 2200 lumens. The color temperature ranges from 2700K in warm to 4000K in cold. The lighting efficiency is close to 70 lumens per watt. The standard color rendering index ranges from 80+; the only “Art†series has a color rendering index range of 95+, which also has a “R9†(>90) value in the halogen lamp, which is very suitable for deep red rendering.
