The office building of Anhui Jindadi Enterprise Headquarters is located in the Hefei Government Affairs Cultural New District. The southwest is overlooking the beautiful Swan Lake and the northwest overlooking the Municipal Building. In the 22nd floor, the entire area of ​​1800m2, most of the area can enjoy the most beautiful natural and cultural landscape of the new district.
The design concept of the project is based on the respect of the concept of the company and the analysis of the surrounding environment and the original architectural form. Adhering to the consistent attitude of WSP, we found the most simple and strong logical relationship, which is a texture of the building itself - 750 × 750 modulus. In this logic, the interior of the floor, walls, ceilings, lamp positions, furniture and equipment, etc., to solve the problem, thus creating a most authentic and harmonious beauty.
The whole building is long and long, north and south. Therefore, natural ventilation and lighting, and sight are in the north-south direction, and the main traffic in the room is also destined in the east-west direction. Therefore, in order to better emphasize the natural light and vision in the room, the designer uses the glass material to make the blurring of the wall blocking the east and west. The wall in the north-south direction is treated as a solid wall or cabinet, which also realizes the private relationship between different spaces. After the spatial relationship is clear, under the premise of respecting the building modulus, the designer has modularized and modularized all the details in the deepening plan, making the entire office space extremely rigorous and full of artistic changes. At the same time, the definition of materials, lighting, color and other elements is naturally a rational basis.
The office areas are all placed on the window facing the view, allowing each employee to have their own natural scenery, air and light in their seats. The core tube is the main traffic passage, and the employee activity rest area is set at both ends, which breaks the monotony of the traffic passage and makes the use of the office space more humanized.
The entire space is designed to be heavy and modern. In the choice of color, the principle of spatially fixed color is used. The color tone is dominated by black and white contrast, and the office area is dominated by white. But in order to increase the intimacy, the designer designed several sets of very order wood-colored office cabinets, standing in the office area, enclosing the pillars in the space. The junction between the cabinet and the top is separated by lights, so that the cabinet feels less than the top, so that the top of the entire office area runs through, and it feels more open and spacious. The area of ​​the core tube is black and contrasts with the office area. Considering that the standard color of the Golden Land Company is red, the background wall of the entrance to the scene is a distinctive red color.
In terms of materials, designers boldly use distinctive contrast materials, namely stone, glass and warm wood, to enhance the personality of the space. Indirect lighting is often used in the design of lighting to avoid light pollution. Pay attention to the contrast between cold and warm in different spatial spaces and the changes in light and dark scenes in different office hours.
The whole design combines the corporate image, architectural structure, indoor space and environment from various aspects, and visually enhances the image to the spiritual level, showing the innovation, efficiency and vitality of a pioneer enterprise. Unique temperament.
