According to the announcement, the scope of the contract is to deepen the design, supply and installation of subcontracting projects in the first phase of the video wall and related systems in accordance with the relevant documents, including but not limited to: indoor video wall (1 frame) and related systems, outdoor TV wall ( 3 frames) and related systems. The commencement date of the contract project is to match the progress of the construction period of the first phase of the contractor of the Shenyang New World Center project. The completion date of the first phase of the project's general contracting project was June 30, 2014.
Alto Electronics said that the amount of the winning contract accounted for 9.62% of the company's total operating revenue in 2012. The performance of the contract will not affect the company's operating results for the fiscal year 2013, and will have a certain positive impact on the company's fiscal year 2014 operating results. The signing of the contract will not affect the independence of the company's business, nor will it affect the demand of other customers for the product.
