LYTSwitchTM-4 IC uses a single-stage isolated topology with a combination of PFC and constant current (CC) to provide excellent efficiency, enabling a power factor greater than 0.98 and using fewer components. It also integrates overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and overheating protection.

DER-350 also exhibits the excellent thyristor dimming performance of LYTSwitchTM-4 IC-very fast start-up speed (less than 200 ms), reducing the sudden brightening phenomenon and the absence of dimming dead zone, thus easily meeting NEMA ’s Dimming curve requirements (whether leading edge dimmers or trailing edge dimmers are used).
