Philips and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Technology and Industrialization Development Center jointly conducted a study on the future trends of office lighting in China. The results of the study show that the changes in the office environment in China can be divided into three major waves, which are convergence and overlap. These three waves reflect the different management practices and work attitudes of each generation:

Philips and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Technology and Industrialization Development Center jointly conducted research on social culture and trends in the transformation of Chinese offices. This time we have mainly adopted qualitative research methods, adopted the opinions of experts and stakeholders in various fields, and ensured a comprehensive and comprehensive understanding of emerging office development trends in China from multiple perspectives.
