2.1 Project Name: Maintenance services for fracturing trucks, ancillary equipment and construction machinery; 2.2 Planned investment: RMB 4.5 million (including tax); 2.3 Service period: February 17, 2017 to December 31, 2017; 2.4 Location of implementation: location of the successful bidder; 2.5 Bidding scope: The number of repairs of fracturing trucks, ancillary equipment, and construction machinery vehicles in the underground work engineering company in 2017 is 92 sets, including fracturing pump trucks, sand mixing trucks, instrumentation vehicles, and liquid distribution vehicles. (æ’¬), construction machinery, the main repair content for the vehicle engine, chassis, tops and other maintenance, maintenance, etc., the specific maintenance content is determined according to the actual situation. The maximum number of winning bidders for this project is 3, with a minimum of 2 persons. Opening bids of less than 4 persons will not open bids. If the winning bidder is 3, the workload distribution will be ranked as follows: 50%: 30%: 20%; if the bid winner is 2, the workload distribution will be ranked 60%: 40% according to the winning bid.

III. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 This project does not accept bids from the Consortium; 3.2 The bidder must be a qualified legal person or other organization, have a valid business license, and the business scope meets the needs of repair and maintenance projects for drilling and special vehicles. 3.3 The bidder must have a valid road transport business license, and the business scope includes the maintenance of the second type of vehicles;
