Analysis of market demand for dry-type transformers

In the past 20 years, with the development of the world economy, dry changes have achieved rapid development in the world. Especially in distribution transformers, the proportion of dry change has been increasing. According to statistics, in developed countries such as Europe and the United States , It has accounted for 40-50% of distribution.

In 2012, the output of dry-type transformers in China was 185,710,900 KVA, which is one of the countries with the largest production and sales volume of dry-type transformers in the world. Dry-type transformers are now widely used in almost all electrical systems such as power plants, factories, and hospitals. In China, dry-type transformers currently account for about 15%-20% of the average in large and medium-sized cities, but they account for about 50% of the total in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other cities, but they are in rural distribution networks in China. The use of dry-type transformers is relatively small. Therefore, dry-type transformers generally account for 10-15% of transformer applications.

Compared with developed countries, the market share of dry change in China is still relatively low, but by virtue of its excellent application conditions and performance, the proportion of dry-type transformers in the total output of transformers will increase to some extent. It is estimated that by 2020, the market share of dry change in China will reach about 50%, which is equal to the ratio of the developed countries. Therefore, there is still a long way to go in the dry change market in China.

The "2013-2017 China Dry-type Transformer Industry Market Demand Forecasting and Investment Strategic Planning Analysis Report" shows that there are four types of dry-change structure: epoxy resin casting, filling and pouring, winding and dipping. At present, Europe and the United States widely use open ventilated class H dry-type transformers, which are based on the impregnation type and have absorbed the characteristics of the wrapped-type structure and developed using the Nomex paper. The new class H dry-drying is developed due to the high selling price in our country. Not yet promoted.

At present, the dry-type distribution transformers with the largest capacity through the short-circuit test in China are 2500kVA and 10/0.4kV; the dry-type power transformers with the largest capacity through the short-circuit test are 16000kVA and 35/10kV. With low noise (distribution transformer noise below 2500kVA The promotion and application of the SC(B)9 series, which has been controlled within 50dB, and energy saving (with no-load loss reduction of up to 25%), has enabled the performance index and manufacturing technology of dry-type transformers in China to reach the world's advanced level.
