A new technological breakthrough in Cree's lighting-grade multi-chip components

Cree, the US LED manufacturer, has achieved the industry's smallest warm white and neutral white binning in its award-winning multi-chip components, the XLamp® MP-L and MC-E EasyWhiteTM.

The innovation of this technology is to combine the high-efficiency of the lighting level with the color consistency of traditional incandescent lamps, providing a single two-step MacAdam elliptical binning for each color temperature, eliminating the need to purchase multiple small Binding enables complex color mixing.

EasyWhite binning is a unique feature of Cree's lighting-grade multi-chip components that help customers specify color temperature and light output, simplifying system design and improving color consistency between them, reducing customer costs.

Each bin is 94% smaller than the ANSI C78.377 quadrilateral in terms of blackbody trajectory and standard warm white/neutral white CCT point cross-section.

Cree supports the EasyWhite two-step bin XLamp MP-L and MC-E with a variety of color temperature products such as 2700 K, 3000 K, 3500 K and 4000 K.
