Renovated a T32-inch TCL LCD TV, three no faults. Disassemble and observe the IP board as 40-A112C1-PWE1XG. Test fuse F1 3.15A/250V has been opened. Test the PFC filter capacitor CE1 450V/150UF with a positive and negative polarity of 0 ohms. After inspection, it was found that the backlight drive power tube QW3 5N50 and QW4 5N50 breakdown. After removing the QW3 and QW4, replace the fuse and the test machine has no sound. Prove that the motherboard is normal, that is, there is a problem with the backlight circuit. After the power tube is broken down, the power tube G pole circuit and the push circuit should be checked. After careful inspection, it was found that QW4's G-pole R506/10 Euro open circuit, D502 silk-screen A7W composite diode breakdown, backlight oscillation and push the integrated block OZ9976 16-pin breakdown, D511 and D512 silk screen S4 diode breakdown. Capacitor C512 is normal. Replace the above bad components and test the machine OK. D511 and D512 are replaced by IN4148, and D502 is replaced by 2 4148.
