Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. was commissioned by the Leading Group of Engineering Construction of Changchun Science and Technology Cultural Center of Jilin Province to conduct domestic public bidding for the following goods and services. Invited bidders are invited to participate in the bidding.
1. Name of the tendered goods: lighting fixtures, switch sockets, main specifications, quantity, delivery time and delivery location (see the list of tendered goods for details).
2. Price of bidding documents: The price of each package is RMB 500. The bidding documents are not refundable after sale.
3. Time for purchase of bidding documents: March 17, 2009 to March 23, 2009, 8:30-11:30, 13:00-16:00 daily (excluding Beijing time, legal holidays).
4. Location of the bidding documents: 6th Floor, Government Affairs Hall, Jilin Province (287 Guiyang Street, Changchun City). Please bring the following information when you register: a letter of introduction from the unit and a copy of the business license.
5. Qualification standards and performance requirements:
5.1 The bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and having legal personality;
5.2 Manufacturers or agents are allowed to participate in the bidding, and the agent must issue a manufacturer's authorization certificate;
5.3 The bidding product shall obtain the China National Compulsory Product Certification and shall be within the validity period;
5.4 From 2006 to the present, the sales performance of a single contract amount exceeding 500,000 yuan is not less than 3;

6. This project does not accept consortium bids.

8. Delivery date: tentatively scheduled for August 1, 2009 - August 20, 2009. The specific delivery notice of the purchaser shall prevail.
