Wuhan Gaoke State-owned Holding Group selected Wuhan Zhiyuan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. from the beginning to select a well-known technical management team with Dong Zhijiang as its core, and relied on Wuhan Optoelectronics National Laboratory to form a complete production line within half a year.
