In addition, due to the system's unique sealed coupling spray chamber technology, existing CRIUS users can be smoothly converted to CRIUS II simply by applying a simple large-area conversion factor. AIXTRON claims that the process stability, consistency and throughput of the equipment exceeded expectations.
